November 27th –> 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM La Foresta, Rovereto Convivial plant-based cuisine, cooking accessible to everyone Seed and nut ricotta cheeses, a Christmas menu with Francesca Longo A workshop to discover all the versatility of homemade plant-based ricotta cheeses, prepared from seeds and nuts: sunflower, pumpkin, almonds. Starting from these bases, real Together we will create a complete and surprising Christmas menu, combining lightness and creativity: tartlets, stuffed tortelli, meatballs, and to finish on a sweet note, ricotta, almond and candied orange desserts.
