SUMMARY:Food Landscape Walk with the Atlante del Cibo di Rovereto
DESCRIPTION:A free group walk with the Atlante del Cibo di Rovereto (Rovereto Food Atlas)\, exploring the area through the stories\, landscapes and transformations of food. How has Rovereto’s food landscape changed\, and with it the ways we grow\, produce and eat what reaches our tables? On a roughly two-hour loop walk you’ll visit places that tell the story of the area’s evolution: spaces linked to its farming past\, local groups that still keep and promote traditional know-how\, and projects testing new forms of food production. A chance to look with fresh eyes at places we often pass without stopping. Meeting point: the car park opposite Iper Convenienza\, Via L. Leno Sinistro\, Rovereto. More info: https://www.instagram.com/p/DfHxbBkgPud/ — Original Italian text: L’Atlante del Cibo di Rovereto continua il suo percorso con una camminata collettiva alla scoperta del territorio attraverso le storie\, i paesaggi e le trasformazioni del cibo. 📅 7 novembre 🕙 ore 10:00 – 12:00 📍 Ritrovo presso il parcheggio di fronte a Iper Convenienza\, Via L. Leno Sinistro\, Rovereto. Com’è cambiato il paesaggio del cibo a Rovereto? E come sono cambiati\, insieme ad esso\, i modi di coltivare\, produrre e consumare ciò che arriva sulle nostre tavole? Attraverso una passeggiata ad anello di circa due ore esploreremo alcuni dei luoghi che raccontano l’evoluzione del territorio: spazi legati alla memoria agricola\, realtà che ancora oggi custodiscono e valorizzano saperi locali e progetti che sperimentano nuove forme di produzione alimentare. 🌱 Un’occasione per osservare con occhi diversi luoghi che spesso attraversiamo senza fermarci\, intrecciando paesaggio\, cultura e alimentazione in un racconto collettivo del territorio. 👉 La partecipazione è gratuita\, ma è richiesta la prenotazione.
