We fight and strike because without consent, it’s rape.
We fight and strike because without dissent, it’s dictatorship.
We fight and strike because we don’t want our lives to be governed by a war economy that imposes militarization in every area of our lives. We fight and strike for the dismantling of borders that generate continuous deaths and against state racism.
We fight and strike because we don’t want police in schools, but rather sexual and emotional education in consent and desire.
We fight and strike because we are tired of living on poor work contracts, of fighting against unemployment, and against economic, racist, and sexist violence inside and outside the workplace.
We fight and strike for transfeminist healthcare, for care spaces and networks—whether self-managed or within public healthcare services—that can address our health comprehensively: from sexual and reproductive health to mental health.
We fight and strike because we want a home for all.
We fight and strike because even today, Southern Italy remains on the margins of institutional policies, where the surreal project of the bridge over the Strait of Messina is at the center and our lives as southerners are forgotten.
We fight and strike for a self-determination income.
We fight and strike for the self-determination of oppressed peoples, for the end of colonialism in all its forms and of wars.
We fight and strike to imagine a society that puts care and life at the center, not profit and war.
We fight and strike to be, together, the infinite echo of all the noes we have shouted, whispered, stifled, or that have remained stuck in our throats.
