🌿Herbs tell their stories

📢 A new activity path is about to start within the @stationfortransformation project! Every first Thursday of the month, for 12 times, we will meet together with @comunitafrizzante around one of the fountains of Vallagarina, to listen to what a spontaneous plant has to tell us. What can it reveal to us about the climate, the soil, the water and the air? Can the plant world offer us a deep insight into the state of health of our environment?

During each meeting, we will collect, transform and taste some so-called “bioindicator” herbs and, in the meantime, Comunità Frizzante and some custodians of knowledge of the territory, will accompany us on a journey of reading and narration of the landscape. There will be time to exchange stories, to share memories and to let the plants speak to us through our experiences.

➡️ Let’s start with the nettle: a “weed” known for being irritating, but used in many areas! Together we will discover its versatility and what it has to tell us.
