Schermi Verdi’s lab at Orto San Marco explores the diversity and variety of foods as a source of health and planetary wellbeing. Participants explore cereals, legumes and vegetables through all the senses, prepare agro‑diverse dishes and finish with a picnic under the mulberry trees. The workshop, curated by Francesca Longo of Radicamenti, includes activities for children and is accessible to deaf people
