Schermi Verdi’s lab at Orto San Marco explores the diversity and variety of foods as a source of health and planetary wellbeing. Participants explore cereals, legumes and vegetables through all the senses, prepare agro‑diverse dishes and finish with a picnic under the mulberry trees.
