We continue on the wave of the excitement of recent years with the 2024 edition of the festival dedicated to the magic of fermentation, balanced between avant-garde and tradition, with a pinch of imagination.
A unique event where different worlds meet in the name of creativity. You will be able to meet the producers and taste cider, beer, wine and other fermented products to tantalize your senses.
We look forward to seeing you on Saturday 29 June 2024 from 5pm to 1am at the usual place: Loc. Sega, 2, Rovereto (TN) c/o Opificio delle Idee.

✦ Leno Klandestino: Vignala, the wine from the promiscuous vineyard – Very Very cider produced from ancient varieties recovered in Vallagarina, Vallarsa and Terragnolo
✦ Klanbarrique: sour beers created at the Opificio delle Idee (the event venue) in collaboration with Birrificio Italiano by a union of master brewers and oenologists
✦ Italian Brewery: timeless Italian artisanal productions

ATTENTION: Given the limited parking we ask you if possible to go up to the Opificio delle Idee on foot or by bicycle. It only takes a few minutes from Rovereto, it’s good for the environment and your health.
